Elaine Henry and Ros Hunter were key figures connected to Womanzone.
Womanzone closed due to financial difficulties so severe they could not even afford the services of a liquidator. Following the closure, the premises were repurposed into the Womanzone Trust Information Centre for Women.
This centre included a library and maintained the spirit and mission of Womanzone by providing access to information and support to women.
